Lost Oak Winery has deep roots in Texas wine. We have committed decades to growing the industry and producing the highest quality, hand-crafted Texas wine and experiences, keeping it simple and approachable.
Lost Oak’s origin began in the 1950s when founder Gene Estes made wine in a bathtub in his native Abilene, Texas. You see, Abilene was a dry county that had no liquor stores so he had to seek creative diversion. It became a passion. After living and working in Alsace, France, crafting the art of winemaking, he founded Lost Oak Winery. Fortunately, his immersion in the wine industry connected the winery with Jim Evans, a remarkable Texas native winemaker, one of the best in the art, who now boasts over 40 vintages making Texas wine.

Wow!!!! Just wow!!! The venue is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and thorough. We booked the venue in feb for sep, being winter there wasn't much green but the Quinceañera day the place looked magical. The staff was always on top of everything even working out a very comfortable payment plan. We had the ceremony outdoors it was very cool that we were able to rent a carriage to take her to the ceremony setting it was like a fairy tale. The reception was indoors and the venue is so elegant the decorations really brought out the vibe of the place. We definitely recommend this place.
My organization has hosted our annual fundraiser at the Lost Oak venue for the past 3 years. It is a beautiful location and they are very accommodating. Great staff, great service, and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend.
We have had several events at this venue and LOVED it! The staff is very accommodating and easy to work with. The venue itself is so versatile and spacious. We loved having the entire space to ourselves and could decorate how we wanted. It was easy to decorate the tables and let the rest of the venue speak for itself. You can go as elaborate or as simple as you like and it is still beautiful. The price is reasonable and we will definitely utilize this venue again.
First, the space is beautiful. I particularly loved how customizable everything is. For forever, I knew I wanted to get married at a little white chapel and have the most beautiful, classy reception. During planning, I found that my dream was not going to come to life. My main thing was that I wanted to get married indoors (I knew for a fact it was going to rain on my wedding day). The staff helped bring my vision to life and created the most magical ceremony and reception area. The event center felt spacious and simple, yet elegant.
Lost Oak Winery Burleson Great Great venue! Hosted my Retirement Party there. They provided Libations, decorations and set for 200 people, band and dance floor, cigar smoking section. We all had a great time thanks to Lost Oak coordinator's great service. All for under 2 grand.
When I tell you this is a venue and atmosphere you have to experience, I mean it. The staff was amazing and coordinators took care of all my needs. I love the fact it was a separate location from daily visitors and more than ample parking. When I was told to reserve my slot a year out, they were not kidding. My family enjoyed the experience immensely.
